Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

For a return to be approved, the item must be in the same condition as when delivered. It must not have been used, must have all tags intact and must be returned in the original packaging. In addition, a receipt or other documentation of the purchase must be presented.

If your return request is approved, you will receive a return label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damage and errors

We recommend that you review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the matter and find a solution.

Exceptions / items that cannot be returned

Certain products are exempt from returns, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made or personalised products and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item can be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchange

The most efficient way to get the desired item is to return the item you received. Once the return is approved, you can then make a new, separate purchase of the desired item.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with tags attached and returned in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and whether your refund has been approved. Upon approval, the amount will automatically be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
